Q. How long does my order take?
A. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the following business day. If you select shipping via UPS, orders should normally arrive within 2-10 business days depending on where you live. Rush delivery (2nd business day) is available from DHL for an additional fee. UPS must be used when shipping to a U.S. Address. Orders under $30.00 are charged a small order fee of $2.50 to defray the cost of processing small orders. It is not a shipping charge.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If your not 100 % satisfied, then neither are we! Simply return non-defective merchandise in a sellable condition, in the original unbroken inner and outer packaging, with no visible markings, defacement or damage within 30 days for a full refund (less S&H). Merchandise returned after 30 days will incur a 20 % restocking fee. Returns which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you with a charge for shipping. Please call our toll free number (866-781-2322) to obtain a return authorization number, then ship the merchandise via insured mail to us at P.O. Box 493, Niceville, FL 32578 and include the purchase receipt. We will issue your refund immediately after receipt.

Q. What if my merchandise is damaged by the shipper?
A. If the package appears to be mishandled by the shipper and your merchandise is damaged, file a claim with the shipper (UPS, Post Office, or DHL) immediately.

Q. What if I receive damaged goods in undamaged packaging?
A. Any merchandise that was damaged in transit will be replaced, just return within 30 days. Please call our toll free number (866-781-2322) to obtain a return authorization number, then ship the merchandise in the original package via insured mail to us at P.O. Box 493, Niceville, FL 32578 and include the purchase receipt. We will issue an immediate replacement item.

Q. What does "Exclusive" mean?
A. An designation of "Exclusive" means that we are the sole distributor of this product and they are not sold in stores. We sell several specialized product lines that were produced specifically for our customers.

Q. Will my e-mail address or phone number be given or sold to other companies?
A. Absolutely not! E-mail addresses and phone numbers are only used for contact information if we have questions about your order and to send an e-mail notice when your order is shipped.

Q. Is my credit card information secure when ordering?
A. Absolutely! We use the secure encryption in the checkout process. Just look for the little lock icon displayed in your browser.
