Q. How long does my order take? A. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the following business day. If you select shipping via UPS, orders should normally arrive within 2-10 business days depending on where you live. Rush delivery (2nd business day) is available from DHL for an additional fee. UPS must be used when shipping to a U.S. Address. Orders under $30.00 are charged a small order fee of $2.50 to defray the cost of processing small orders. It is not a shipping charge. Q. What is your return policy? A. If your not 100 % satisfied, then neither are we! Simply return non-defective merchandise in a sellable condition, in the original unbroken inner and outer packaging, with no visible markings, defacement or damage within 30 days for a full refund (less S&H). Merchandise returned after 30 days will incur a 20 % restocking fee. Returns which do not meet these conditions will be returned to you with a charge for shipping. What if I receive damaged goods in undamaged packaging? A. Any merchandise that was damaged in transit will be replaced, just return within 30 days.
